Sitting right down RF line on 3B side. Never fair. Were all 3 of those pitches strikes?
Posted on 10/8/18 at 6:58 pm to volfan30
yep...up in the zone but they were strikes

This one hurts because the Braves had chances to bury the Dodgers earlier in this game and didn't do it.
It's been a remarkably fun season though

That piss rod by Duda makes me remember just how great Bonds was. A lot of dudes can turn on a 95+ mph inside fastball and barrel it up 400+ feet....foul. Bonds was so great because he could let that ball get just a little bit deeper and keep it fair. His hands were incredible. Best there ever was or will be. I feel sorry for those of you too blinded to have appreciated it.

Scott Kazmir, Adrian Gonzalez, Nick Markakis and Brandon McCarthy were paid $58.05 million this season by a team with a $130 million payroll this season and we still made the playoffs.
All four of those guys are now off the books.
We comin’.

It really sucks to see Freeman be the last out of the season

Exactly. Dodgers are paying a shite ton for that lineup. Congrats to them.
Helluva season, sucks it's done, but this experience is invaluable to a young club.
Let's go 2019.

What can we realistically do this offseason? Speaking of, is this the de facto offseason thread or are y’all gonna start that tomorrow?
