Hear they are pretty cheap out in Houston. I’m guessing cause y’all been more recent? It’s insane here
Depends on what you call cheap. SRO is around $450-500 if you buy from a season ticket holder and about $600 on Stubhub. Lowers seem to start at around $1200 and go up. If Stubhub, it's probably more like start at $1400. Don't y'all have FB groups where season ticket holders sell all year. I know of 3 Astro ones. It's very safe and moderated pretty tightly. I used to sell there and have bought almost all my Astro tickets through them. You can use the search function to see if someone is real and has posted there a lot.
I'm also very happy we don't use Ticketmaster.

(Not that it matters) 12 of 15 ESPN sports writers picked the Astros to win the series.....
Posted on 10/26/21 at 9:54 am to wheelz007
From MLB.com -
52 votes for the Astros to win the series.
24 votes for Atlanta.

Me and a buddy who's an Astros fan are trying to get some tix for Game 5 but even SRO is sold out!

As annoying as this ticket situation is, I’m beyond proud of the fan support the Braves are getting now. Those playoff atmospheres at Turner during the division streak in the 00’s was like a morgue compared to how rowdy Truist is now.
I’ll never forget being in Turner for the series with the Cubs in 03 and Cubs fans completely taking the stadium over and clowning us while doing the fake chop with their hats
Agreed. I am proud as hell of our fanbase right now.
People are hungry.

Joc Pederson - Players Tribune
For a guy I used to hate while he was on the Dodgers, I have done a complete 180 and absolutely love JOC.
“But we also just might be those motherfrickers.”

Got my game 5 tickets a few days ago. ended up being 800 a piece after fees and taxes. Sitting in 411.

That was an incredible read.... I recommend everyone read that.

Not when you remove SRO in Houston
Getting in the door is the biggest goal for many. I would have taken SRO for those dirt cheap prices.

yup. it was bad. braves got a bad reputation then. fans were spoiled and/or tired of playoff failure. never got loud like in the 90's. The launching pad was nuts in the 90's until the move to turner.

cubs fans were all over that series. You could see it on TV.

Roster is out:
PITCHERS (12): RH Ian Anderson, RH Jesse Chavez, LH Max Fried, RH Luke Jackson, LH Dylan Lee, RH Chris Martin, LH Tyler Matzek, LH A.J. Minter, RH Charlie Morton, LH Will Smith, LH Drew Smyly, RH Kyle Wright
CATCHERS (2): William Contreras, Travis d’Arnaud
INFIELDERS (6): Ehire Adrianza, Ozzie Albies, Orlando Arcia, Freddie Freeman, Austin Riley, Dansby Swanson
OUTFIELDERS (6): Adam Duvall, Terrance Gore, Guillermo Heredia, Joc Pederson, Eddie Rosario, Jorge Soler
Wright and Gore make WS roster, Webb and Camargo removed. I would imagine Wright is only there to have a bulk innings righty out of the pen; he's the Ynoa replacement.
I'd rather Pache than Gore. All Gore is there for is to pinch run. Pinch runners certainly serve a purpose, but a very, very niche purpose.
