Headed back to the battery once again to hopefully close this fricker out. I don’t wanna have to choose tomorrow between going and college football.

This team really is so much fun.

Who is the codger that downvoted that?

Checking in from Goldberg’s in the Battery with a PBR.

What’s the crowd like? I’m hoping to get there around 7. Been getting there an hour early but wanted to make sure we get our normal seats today

Browsing the Dodgers SB nation board a few minutes ago; they have now resorted to "All Braves fans are racist b/c they do that racist tomahawk chop! Bahhhhhh!"
Their fans literally beat someone into disability a couple of years ago.

So is Snitker basically going with relievers tonight, hopibg to get 2-3 out of each until he gets to the 7th? Actually, I like that idea. Better than running a kid out their whose confidence is shaky and being down 6 runs after the first. Now Fried comes back on 4 days rest.

With all the excitement with the pitching I don’t think we’ve appreciated how well Pache has played. He literally went into the series with 4 career at-bats.
He’s reached base in every game and has 3 clutch RBIs this series. His discipline at the plate is extremely good for his age.

I bet Minter gets 2 innings. 4 out of their first 6 are lefty

Pache could be a .250/.320/.430 guy next year with platinum glove CF defense imo. Probably worth ~4 wins.

frick the Dodgers. Choking bitches.

It may have been hard to find any positives from the Thursday blowout, but Pache's HR may have seemed like a meaningless HR buried in the box score, but that had to have helped his confidence.
The other positive was Roberts foolishly leaving Urias out there to go 5 innings and throw 100 pitches in a game that was over before he threw his first pitch. Urias could have started tonight if Roberts had two brain cells to rub together.

You said a few months back that you thought Ynoa didn’t have the command to be a valuable piece to our team.
Do you still feel the same way? I just find it hard to not get excited about him. He’s the youngest pitcher on the team and he’s been pretty good this year.

Get through the 5th, look at the score, and go from there. If the Braves have a lead then, pitch whoever you got to win. With the exception of Fried.

My buddy said he thinks Minter goes 7. We would have to be in quite a good spot if that happens.

Acuna's the best
I wonder what celebration he's going to have if we win the Word Series
