We can't hit Capuano. At least, we have never shown any ability to. This lineup completely tanks against shitty pitchers who throw as hard as my 78 year old grandmother.

Probably a long time. The team has way too much talent to ever have a really bad season and this organization values stability too much to fire a guy who isn't terrible. Plus the owners are cheap and the TV deal is one of the worst in baseball, so I doubt they would ever want to pay two managers if he has years remaining on his contract.
I'm not saying he even should be fired, but his managing leaves a lot to be desired.
