I'll say that may be valid. For me, I have to approach each sport, or better, each incarnation of a sport, for what it is.
When my grandson was in biddy ball, I didn't expect high school-level play.
When my son played middle school and high school ball, I didn't expect college-level play.
When I watch women's basketball (mostly LSU), I expect to see that level of play, which probably equates to boys' lower-level high school play. I know that ahead of time and set my expectations there.
From what I have seen, the only real difference between college and the WNBA is that the better talent is more concentrated in the WNBA.

This should be 4 mebounds in 1 possession.
At 7 games with 0, 17 with 1, and 7 with 2, we can’t be grabbing too many more if the accurate total is 54.
Who is keeping this stat?

The actual number is closer to 1/4 to 1/3 of her rebounds (which makes way more sense when you watch a lot of these clips) according to some Reese fan on tRant a few days ago. You are seeing a propaganda number.

Trust me when I say I am about as far from a lib as you can get without hitting the fringe elements.
And I will also say that most here are none of those things while at the same time saying there are at least a few, because there always are. That includes libs who just hide it a little better but are often worse, in my opinion.

So at the risk of showing how pathetic I am
, I will tell you that I chart these numbers using ESPN's box score on Chrome. I started doing it when people were splicing together those really awful sequences (some were legit; some were spliced videos) so I could get to the truth myself. I found a fairly quick way to do it. I open the page for that game, go to the play-by-play, make sure it is all displayed by paging down to the bottom, then use the Find in Chrome and do a search for "Angel Reese Offensive Rebounds". Go to each one and check the line above it to see who missed the shot or if she was blocked.
Yeah, I need to get a life
I do this as an afterthought usually, though, so it probably sounds way worse than it is.

Dennis Rodman used to miss close shots on purpose to juice up his rebounding stats and I don’t think anyone ever said he sucked

I would say her anticipation itself could be called "talent".
I don't mean to white knight really as I have honesty probably watched less than anyone else in this thread.

That clip has a chicago sky logo on the court and appears to be their colors. She hasnt even played for that team this season.
