I love the idea of the Ryder Cup but man…they’ve turned this into the cheesiest production in sports. The opening ceremony yesterday was just about as cringy and awkward as you can get. A DJ?? Really?????
Did you know that Europe apparently has a national anthem and flag that people salute??
I also have an irrational hate for Seve Ballesteros because of the golf media. They make it out like he’s a golf ghost pulling clubs and giving yardages to the Euros.

There hasn’t been a Ryder cup worth in shite in over ten years. Maybe the guys really just don’t care that much on either side and the home team will dominate going forward
