I've heard from people who've attended that TV doesn't do the elevation changes justice at Augusta National. Any truth to that?

Guy I know who played for Southern Miss summed it up nicely. He said he'd played 27+ holes carrying his own bag before, but his first trip to the Masters he could hardly walk all 18 following a group.
I'm pretty sure it was a bit of hyperbole, but still, the point got across.
