Say he finishes at -14 today and goes E, E. Do you think anyone can catch that number?

does anyone realistically see JS losing?
If someone like Rory or Rose dont shot 65 or better today I really dont see how he loses. I know Hoffman is at -8 but I dont see him catching JS

The Tiger tracker makes it sound like he almost holed his tee shot on the par 4 14.

Spieth with another chance at birdie on the 16th.

About 15' just on the fringe.

I mean DiMarco was -13 after 2 and ended up in a playoff with Tiger.

Spieth is doing a little better than that.

National will not allow anyone to finish -30.

I do not know but the way Augusta quickens up and the wind picks up later in the days. I just do not think he will get near -18. I think he shoots a 72 tomorrow then plays match golf to keep the lead on Sunday.

I would love to see him make a run at the record, but I think he will be safe this weekend.

Only if someone gets redhot and the greens stay relatively slow. I have to think the greens will get faster on Saturday and Sunday, though.

Usually Saturday is a great day for scoring at Augusta.

If Speith continues his steady, awesome play, he could enter Sunday at -21 or better.

I don't think playing safe is in his vocabulary.

Tiger at -18 in 1997, but they toughened the course after that, so this is better than what Tiger accomplished.. So far.
