Scottie would have ejected had he missed that birdie on 5. Would have been three straight

Big oversized sunglasses look fine on a woman but on a man you just look like a dork.

Even that lie Bryson had didn’t seem difficult. That “rough” is just so thin right now

And Scottie’s lie is great too

And now Herbert too

Does it matter how you step? You’re going to knock down grass anyway.
My favorite part of all of this is people pretending he couldn’t get behind his ball to see an angle without trampling the clump there in his swing path

Bro he could have just not stepped on that part. Per the rules, you have an obligation to move through there stirring as little as possible.

Certainly can’t crunch down of the grass in your swing path’s way

If you’re in some dunes off the fairways with some wavy ridges or clumps or whatever behind your ball, you can’t stand on them to flatten them. You can’t walk through it to improve your back or through swing.

Now, I’d be perfectly fine if the call was “well, we truly don’t know if his path was obstructed without better video/angles.” But I do think he flattened the only grass there that was a threat, and I think it helped him a good bit. And I think he did it on purpose.

NBC/Golf Channel shills are shocked that the crowd is siding with Bryson Golf media is almost as corrupt as our national media

I don’t have a hard take either way, but it is interesting that 100% of the nbc/golf channel analysts are totally shitting on Bryson and siding fully with R&A, but I’ve heard a lot more level headed takes from the radio analysts and others in the media. It’s like they got their orders and have to carry them out.

And it’s clear that the British fans are siding with him too. The disconnect is so noticeable.

I'm not sure he would have a swing if he tried to play that backwards.

If that was Spieth Rory or one of R&A favorites they would called that unplayable and let Burns or Herbert pick it up and place it wherever he wanted

But nah we can’t be fair in rules

R&A and Lsupride suck

I know reauxl and Pride called in DeChambeau
