They showed it on the SKY feed through peacock. Not sure how much longer that will be available.

On NBC, they showed Rahm hit his first tee shot. Tirico immediately said “red flag alert. He’s grabbing another club”.
They then showed his 2nd tee shot while saying the 1st was out of bounds.

I think he 100% broke the rule. I’m not even sure how he was comfortable stepping where he did. If my buddy pulled up to watch me take this shot, I don’t think I’d be as bold as Bryson was.
