Sam Burns with a 67 to get in the Top 10. That’s a nice pay increase on Sunday. Tied for low round of the day.

A 2’5” putt has a 98% overall make rate. He missed it on 16

A 3’9” putt has a 90.5% make rate. He missed it 18

Bryson didn’t even know Payne went to SMU at first, did he? Now he’s putting on this show.

If Rory shot a 65 today but got DQed because his caddie put an extra club in the bag that would be like Josh Allen

So a 3’9” downhill slider that breaks 6 inches is probably closer to 70%. It was a bad miss, but to act like he should just walk up and “jam it in” is as bad a take as Rory’s choke was.

This isn’t a gimme putt for Rory. Looks slippery as hell

Was it an “easy” putt? No

Should Rory have made it? Yes

A pressure downhill putt like that breaks to the right is scary as hell.

What does this do to McIlroy as far as future major wins go?

Very hard to come back from this.

The best thing going in pro golf right now is that Phil Mickelson has a major WAY more recently than Rory

Thank you Rory for keeping this going

That was a huge choke, but also Bryson had to go out there and truly win it after that drive. Well done

I would say it’s roughly a 3% margin both ways

Straight uphill closer to 95% and downhill with break closer to 86%

This isn’t even close to accurate.
