Yes, it is such poor course design it has spent the majority of the last 50 years in Golf Digest and Golf Magazines top 20 or so courses in the country. Besides it is nice to see pros need to use something more than a six iron on a par 3.

Since I don't speak Califorian would someone tell me exactly what a barranca is? Is it a dry creek bed? A sandy, scrubby ditch? Just someplace you can't get a mower into? It looks to me like it is just a fancy term to describe someplace you don't want your ball to land in.

I have the television turned down a bit. I heard some odd noise and was walking around my office trying to figure out what the shite was going on. Looked out the window bc it sounded like it could be rain/wind.

Rickie with back-to-back birdies to start. He is now 18 for 18 at putts 15 feet and under. That is incredible anywhere, not to mention at a US Open.

I had just started watching and that noise was happening. I was afraid that was something on my end and I'd just have to watch on mute today.
