Mayfield, Love, and Barkley are 1, 2, and 3

Here is Barkley's rushing stats the last 6 games:

ATT....YDS....AVG
..20......56......2.8
..16......75......4.7
..15....108......7.2
..21......44......2.1
..14......63......4.5
..14......35......2.5

TOTAL: 100 carries for 381 yards, (3.8 YPC)

Barkley has actually improved his odds to win the Heisman since the beginning of the season, (20-1 to 15-1)

Meanwhile, Jonathan Taylor, over his last 6 games:

ATT....YDS....AVG
..25.....249.....10.0
..30.....219......7.3
..22.....126......5.7
..12.......73......6.1
..29.....183......6.3
..29.....157......5.4

TOTAL: 147 carries for 1,007 yards, (6.9 YPC)

And his odds to win have not improved at all, (still 25-1)

The Heisman is a joke. Lamar Jackson is basically a non-factor just because he won last year from what I can tell. He’s having a fantastic season.

The Heisman is a joke award and should be retired.

the fanfare he created earlier in the season is still driving his odds, me thinks

Wasnt as much fanfare as Fournette had 2 years ago and it took just one subpar game to knock him all the way from the shoe in to not even being invited to NYC

Better season than last year, but Louisville is not in the title hunt and really never has been. Therefore...

Lamar has 3000yds passing and 21 TD. 1200yds rushing and 15 TD

Yes it is a contest.

my friend ive said this for 2 months now.

i think vegas has received so many wagers from sheep betting on SB that they just keep his odds relevant to encourage more money his way.

The Heisman is a sham. I would have slightly more respect for the award if they just flat out said it’s awarded to the best RB/QB.

The position awards are where it’s at.

Baker Mayfield
Lamar Jackson
Bryce Love

Those three guys should get invites. Maybe if you want to get a little creative invite Khalil Tate and Bradley Chubb.

Johnson from Auburn and Taylor from Wisc should definitely be ahead of him from my prospective

Mayfield is about to break a long streak.

It's been a looooong time since someone 10-1 or better has won the award.

(me thinks)

Taylor has 2 games (Mich and Ohio St) to impress the voters yet.
I think he has a good shot at an invite to NYC.

He's not Melvin Gordon (who should have won it) but he is getting closer.
