Texas gets away with that exact same thing on Nebraska's first pass to the end zone earlier, but now it's a flag, AND it puts the ball on the 4. Why wasn't it half the distance like, I don't know, every other fricking penalty in the game?

I'm fine with it being called if they had called it earlier when the Texas DB jumped into the Nebraska receiver, shoving him out of bounds while the pass was coming.
