You just spent a week explaining why they are CLEARLY better than Alabama and deserves to be in the playoff.
3 days from now, assuming they hold the lead now, they're going to be behind Ohio State and Baylor and have no chance of making the playoff because they don't play anybody for the rest of the year.
All we have is short-term memory and nobody looks at the body of work. They should have saved their 70-point games until November if they wanted to get in.

I don't think they drop, provided they win. CERTAINLY not below Ohio State

TCU is going to score 40 before this is over.
Kansas has basically changed their entire offense the last 2 games so there's not a whole lot of tape on them. Different guys playing the positions they probably shoulda been.
Fired up Seniors and some lucky bounces/tips.
That's gonna stop now.

Then if they thought that TCU was better than Alabama, then the entire committee is literally retarded.
Humans have a natural bias toward teams that score the most points. A 63-41 victory is more impressive than a 21-0 victory. At this point this is not even disputable.

November SHOULD mean more than October or September... you want the teams playing the best football in the playoff.
the basketball selection committee looks at the last few games. the baseball committee rewards hot streaks at the end. why shouldn't football?
