Miami offers nothing. No money, no fans, etc. I highly doubt the Big 12 takes them.

I like beating them too, but they are a strong player in the ACC. And if the ACC dissolves, you do not want them to go to the SEC, B1G, or BIGXII. Does not bode well for your position against them.
