I'm guessing the "review" never occurred. They ran that play on 1st down before the review but after the fumble in question. Thus the play was upheld as only that 1st down play after the fumble could be reviewed.

I don't feel bad about this one if I'm TCU. Refs cost them the game, plain and simple. That crew should not be allowed to ref for awhile until they learn how to check their rulings. Even if they thought he "probably" didn't fumble it was questionable enough to take a look. Just pure awful officiating.
