Does anyone have a link to Stephen A's response on video? Can't find anywhere

Hopefully not........that guy is a piece of excrement.
I'm sure it went something like this:
_________is racist......
I'm not even sure what Rob Parker said about RG3, but you can't bet I'm pretty close. After a while you need to just tune morons like this out.

I've seen the video of Smith's reply but can't find it anywhere.
He basically said that RG3's personal life isn't important and that it shouldn't matter who RG3 marries, etc. I can't remember exactly what was said.
All I know is that SAS took a pretty reasonable tone after what Rob Parker said, and when you're being out reasoned by SAS there are problems.

If you don't want race to be an issue, then don't talk about it....

“My question is, and it’s just a straight, honest question: Is he a brother, or is he a cornball brother,” Parker said. “He’s not really. He’s black, he does his thing, but he’s not really down with the cause. He’s not one of us. He’s kind of black, but he’s not really like the kind of guy you really want to hang out with.”
Parker said he wants to know more about Griffin’s personal life before he can accept Griffin as authentically black.
“I want to find about him,” Parker said. “I don’t know because I keep hearing these things. We all know he has a white fiancee. Then there was all this talk about he’s a Republican, which there’s no information at all. I’m just trying to dig deeper into why he has an issue. Because we did find out with Tiger Woods, Tiger Woods was like, ‘I’ve got black skin, but don’t call me black.’ So people wondered about Tiger Woods.”
Asked by fellow panelist Skip Bayless about the fact that Griffin braids his hair, Parker said that’s an aspect of Griffin that he approves of.
“That’s different, because, to me, that’s very urban,” Parker said. “Wearing braids is, you’re a brother. You’re a brother if you’ve got braids.”
Another panelist on the show, Stephen A. Smith, said he wasn’t comfortable with how Parker had framed his argument.
“First of all, let me say this: I’m uncomfortable with where we just went,” Smith said when asked to respond to Parker. “RG3, the ethnicity or the color of his fiancee is none of our business, it’s irrelevant, he can live his life in whatever way he chooses. The braids that he has in his hair, that’s his business, that’s his life, he can live his life. I don’t judge someone’s blackness based on those kinds of things. I just don’t do that. I’m not that kind of guy.”

Like many others on ESPN, when he's on TV it is scripted. He plays a character. His old radio show wasn't near as bad and actually enjoyable at times. He's a really nice and cool guy in person as well.
He's unbearable on TV though

Stephen A Smith is growing on me when he isn't yelling at me.
I will never understand why people want to define themselves by race. It makes zero sense. Just be yourself. I'll admit, I can't dance... it's not because I'm white... it's because I'm awkward as frick.

Even if he's trolling, Parker needs to go. That is one of the dumbest statements I've ever heard. I'm glad Stephen A said what he did.

Wow mad props to Stephen A for a well thought out, proper response to something like this. I actually gained a lot of respect for the guy after reading this comment
As for Rob Parker

The rest of Smith's response is being left out. Might want to look at it.

Agreed - he kind of questions RGIII's level of black pride.
He also thinks RGIII is pandering to the white crowd.
Still like his take better than Parker's, tho.

Yep. He went black pride through the rest of it.

Someone asked him a question about Dirk Nowitzki, and he went on a 10 minute diatribe about how European players are treated differently than black players, completely unrelated to the question. Everyone was just stunned

What exactly is black pride? Why is that ok but a white man on tv would hace been fired and espn would have been sued if svp wemt on and talked aboit his white pride
Tired of watching dumb shite on tv
Espn needs to give the sports and drop all the bs

yep...it's just more racism to combat racism, apparently.
