Yeah definitely seems ignorant...because he was signed as a TE by his college coach that used his strengths (along with other players) to tailor his offense in college.
Oh and they just selected a QB with the #1 overall pick that will most definitely be the day 1 starter.

Yeah, I intentionally left that out. This is still an awful decision by the Jags' FO and there are better options to upgrade the TE position. It's just not comparable to the Kaepernick thing.

Irving Myers should offer Kaep the same deal. League minimum, no guarantees, prove it contract at a different position.
