But remember, we said the EXACT same thing last year about the Indians and cubs. mainly cubs

They both made the playoffs and one made the NLCS...that would probably qualify as "still rolling".

absolutely, but still regressed to a small degree. And they struggled to win a bad division. Im awfully afraid they are gonna get Lynn this off season.

Still rolling, absolutely.

The story on Evan Gattis is an amazing one.

They both won their divisions, that absolutely qualifies as "still rolling" since the playoffs are largely a crapshoot.

Yeah baseball is such a crap shoot once you get to October. You as a Cards' fan should know this better than most.

I dont recall saying whether it was a big deal or not, was only saying that it wasnt intended to gain a competitive advantage.

If they do, it means they missed out on Darvish and let Arrieta go. I can't imagine they'd pay Lynn what he's going to ask for and pay one of the other two. It will be interesting to see if they keep Wade Davis also.

The Cubs do have the line up depth though to trade for a big SP.

I can't see Arrieta on the Cubs next year. Someone is going to pay Lynn a lot of money, I'm also afraid that it's going to be the Cubs.

I'm a Lance Lynn hipster, I'm sad to see him go.

I don't want the Cardinals to absolutely suck for several years to get top 5 picks. That seems to be the "blueprint".

It’s the same old “BFIB” predictable retort from these idiots. You’d think they’d eventually get over the butthurt since the Astros finally won something of significance, but I guess not.
