I'd say there is probably a long list of coaches who have been outcoached by Pop at some point in their coaching career.
Yeah, Kirby's been outcoached by Saban quite a few times but that doesn't discount the fact that he's the best coach in CFB right now and already well on his way to being one of the all-time greats.

Kirby has 2 NCs. He is already in rarified air.
Add to that he won those in an era where you have to earn it on the field.
Here is a list of coaches with 2 or more rings (excluding Kirby).

3 Woody Hayes 5 Ohio State (1954, 1957, 1961, 1968, 1970)
4 Bernie Bierman 5 Minnesota (1934, 1935, 1936, 1940, 1941)
5 Frank Leahy 4 Notre Dame (1943, 1946, 1947, 1949)
6 John McKay 4 USC (1962, 1967, 1972, 1974)
7 Urban Meyer 3 Florida (2006, 2008), Ohio State (2014)
8 Walter Camp 3 Yale (1888, 1891, 1892)

Ty Lue and even Mike Brown have seen their coaching reputations rehabilitated in recent years.
Have they?
Ty Lue hasn't been successful with the Clippers and was fired by the Cavs.
Mike Brown has had one good season since leaving Lebron over a decade ago which led to getting beat in the 1st round of the playoffs as a 3 seed.

It looked like Spo got annoyed at Bam for saying they watched a movie pregame when Ernie was interviewing them on the court. Then Spo grabbed Ernie with both arms and changed the subject when Ernie asked Spo what movie they watched. It was such an odd exchange.
Spo is such a great success story. Started at the bottom of the barrel and worked his way to the top of his profession.
