A 16 team playoff in cfb would be nice...no one could gripe about being left out. But that would require cutting down to 10 regular season games, no conference title games, elimination of most bowls, etc.

NFL = Reverse most rules changed under Goodell. Though the recent repeal of the Tuck Rule can stay repealed.
NBA = Shorter season. Down to 55 games.
MLB = Return the Expos to Montreal. frick the Nationals.
NHL = Switch the teams of Winnipeg and Nashville to be in the other's divisions.

NBA - Fix the Salary Cap (no more soft cap/overhaul the soft cap)
NFL - seed the playoff in order of best record (getting rid of Goodell would be good too)
College Football - No more permanent cross divisional opponents in the SEC. Creates a more fair system and all teams play more often in opposing division.

PGA - Don't let some guy sitting on his couch call in the PGA rules people. Imagine if people could do this in every other sport.
Get rid of those damn anchored putters too. 4 out of the last 6 majors won with anchored putters.
College Basketball: Better referees. The game has gotten incredible low scoring and boring. Also I would prefer they either get rid of the one or done rule or make it 2 years.
NBA- Figure out more ways to make it easier for small market teams to actually compete and to get rid of these super teams like the Heat.

Baseball should be around 120-140 games. WS over in October instead of bleeding into the latter part of college football season. Start later to avoid the cold weather games in the north in March and April. End earlier for the same reason. There should never be snow in what is referred to as the boys of summer.
Go back to 11 games in CFB. No more 6-6 bowl teams. And don't let FCS games count towards bowl eligibility. You're forced to give up a money game and buying an easy win. Also scrap about 8 bowl games.

College Basketball: reduce # of team timeouts to 3 with only 1 being allowed in the final two minutes. There are too many tv timeouts throughout the game for teams to save up their 5 for the last couple of minutes.

NBA: stop allowing continuation to go on for so long. It's ridiculous how a player can run with the ball for 5 yards without being called for traveling.
Soccer: eject these clowns for flopping.

CBB needs a 24 second shot clock in the worst possible way.
I really wish the MLB would just go DH at all levels. It'd be one thing if Pitchers took their obligation to pick up a bat seriously, but none of them do, and its absolutely absurd that the league plays by two different sets of rules. Teams and Franchises are constructed to operate in either the NL of AL dynamic, and it is fricking rediculous that they then play the WS at the end of the year and are playing the game by two different sets of rules. The ALL-STAR game deciding home field just makes it more insane.

Use god powers to prevent people from using the word "pussification" to describe changes in sports rules
(it's hard to think of just a single change, almost any serious reform is going to involve multiple changes)

A punter in football gets credit for yardage where he punts the ball from versus the line of scrimmage. Like a FG kicker does.
