The most glaring change that needs to be made in any major sport is a shorter season in the MLB. there are way too many goddam games.

This. Cut the season WAY down.
Throw in a salary cap, and I just might be interested.

All women's basketball should be played on 9 ft goals.

What brought basketball to greatness is when the game began to be played above the rim.

Not that it will achieve that type of success, but seeing Griner be "Shaq-esque" would be much better than current product

Some ppl actually enjoy baseball, and to change the number of games now after its been this way for so long would be a travesty, old records would never be broken and the game would lose a lot of excitement. And salary caps are overrated, and before y'all accuse me of being a Yankee or Red Sox fan, I'm not, I'm a Braves fan, so u can't use the u only say that cuz u pull for a big market team.

why salary cap? Baseball has been just as competitive and has shown just as much or more parity as football. But continue ignoring the numbers.

I would like to see the season cut back to 154 games like it used to be way back in the day so the WS doesn't go into November. Cutting it back to 120 games just for the sake of cutting it down is fricking retarded. Plus, baseball makes money due to the number of games. Baseball season is the same length (6-7 months including playoffs) as the NFL and don't even get me started on how long the NBA drags out because they take 16 fricking teams in the playoffs.

MLB - an infield fly has to actually be in the infield, not 250 feet in to the outfield

Also, the A's, O's, Rays all fricking dominated the big market REd sox, yanks, Angels, and Rangers last season.

Soccer- keep time like other sports (as long as it doesn't lead to commercial breaks)

Exactly. Having the most money doesn't guarantee success anymore. And teams can still build through the draft, without buying players, if its done right. Just look at the Nationals. And there's never been a permanent bottom dweller either, besides maybe the Padres, but that's their fault, has nothing to do with money.
