I can see a parallel between the War in Iraq and Soccer.
You can't force democracy on Muslims, and you can't force Soccer on infidels.

I love soccer and I'm not emo 
What irks me are the soccer fans that change their speaking patterns when talking about soccer, but revert back to talking like a normal American as soon as soccer is over. You know the whole, "Ghana are on the attack now" or "Spain need a goal desperately".
But otherwise the soccer haters are more annoying than the soccer fans.
