Seems like a huge miss by the LPGA to play in Europe this week.

The men are in Scotland and done at 1pm, but you schedule a European Major on the same weekend?
Seems like a big miss, there’s no golf on this afternoon the women had a chance to get the prime time spot to themselves if they were playing in America.

The celebrity golf tournament on NBC this afternoon would out draw whatever women's tournament they would put on against it.

Europe's a pretty big place

I mean for timing purposes. If they were playing in the afternoon they could’ve gotten more eyes in America. I guess a lot of their fan base is probably in Korea so maybe they don’t care

Dumb. That was an amazing finish.

It’s not the LPGA fault, but there a TON of players that can’t speak English and that limits the “connection” fans can have with them. The players that can speak English seem very nice and approachable

This shocks me, I’m clueless. But golf is a rich person sport outside of the USA (annd inside frankly) and not a lot of rich people don’t speak English now a days.

South Korea dominates women’s golf. I know countries like them sometimes specialize in niche sports so they can have success because they never will dominate more athletic driven sports. Still, someone needs to do a study on why Koreans dominate women’s golf the way they do and not men’s
