So what exactly is Stoops doing for this game? He's not calling the plays, isn't running the defense, so is he just deciding whether to go or punt on 4th and slapping asses on the sidelines?

Who knows. Probably just helped manage things during practices. His rah-rah attitude is probably exactly what the team needed after Riley bailed out the way he did.

Yes. He wasn't very involved with that team/game however.
After that result he decided to take charge the second time and was far more involved for the CapOne game per his own words.

That should be Oregons ball. There was not a clear and full recovery by Oklahoma.
