I’ve heard it a couple of times the last two weekends. They amended that rule after 2014.

The last two times I've seen a targeting call reversed the announcers said that the penalty wasn't reviewable and would stand. they've been wrong both times.

The PF rule changed I think last year. No targeting the flag is picked up.

They changed it. If targeting goes away the foul goes away.
