I'm happy they aren't playing. It benefits trump way more at the polls if the Big 10 doesn't play and they have to all watch the entire south and east coast play instead.

That anger will be taken out on current state leaders.

Osu is 0-2 vs Clem in the playoffs. Why don't you look up the stats for those 2 games and see if you got smacked around. And while you're at it, look at Clemson's stats in the title game vs LSU. Looks like LSU was the "complete" team.

I don't even need to look at the stats for last game to know OSU outgained Clemson by 100 yards and got completely fisted by the refs. Day completely outcoached Dabo and Dabo got bailed out

This has nothing to do with what you said, as usual.

My dear, he is the worst enemy since he has been getting top recruits from the State of Missouri! Drinkwitz is trying to lock in all the top recruits from the State of missouri and ESL. He is trying to be the first HC to get it going for Missouri.

Allegedly there was a call with Warren and B1G coaches today.

I would wager they didn't hear what they wanted to hear.

Warren is stalling. He's a fricking clown and if I were Ryan Day I'd go coach in a conference that actually cares about it's athletes and coaches.

frick all of this.

Big 12 would love some of the Big 10 teams to join their conference.

that the leadership thinks if they ignore all the noise, it'll just disappear

apparently they still think they can spin the loss/pain on Trump, with a "we could have had football except Trump [insert complaint]"

i don't think that's going to play out the way they thought, just like how the other conferences didn't cancel like they thought

it's just arrogance, which is to be expected from the Big10

I’ve never been more embarrassed to be an Ohio St fan in my life. The President, AD and Ryan Day haven’t done a dam thing. They keep “saying” all the right things...but that’s all it is...talk!!!! Ohio St could get football playing next week if they wanted to. If they would actually throw their weight around just one time, maybe the B1G would listen. I’m so sick of all the tweets, pandering to the fan base acting as if they’re doing everything they can. Just stop. Ryan Day literally says in the first sentence “while I understand the B1G decision to postpone fall sports”.....well why was that coach? He then goes on to say they are confused by the information? Which is it coach? Man the F up Ohio St and do something about it. Quit playing nice. I’m done with all the statements and doing things in a stately manner. It’s time to take the gloves off.

I actually agree on this one. OSU, Nebraska and Iowa should just schedule games and play. Call the Big 10s bluff. What are they gonna do, kick OSU out? Not in this lifetime.
Don't buy Days stance at all. It's recruiting 101 and I don't blame him for it. That's his job. Seems he will have plenty of time to focus on it.

Nebraska appear ready to do this. They announced yesterday they have testing capabilities for their team and any opposing team that travels to Lincoln. I could imagine Ohio State traveling there. I don't think they'd play 5 home and homes though

Time is running out. You have to think if nothing is definitively made by next Friday then it's off.

Maybe they can push to the last week of September but I highly doubt it.

Y'all are getting fricked purely because of an election and university officials taking a stance with a national party.

I feel for the Big10 but honestly shutting this down helps Trump wayyyy more than hurts him in the long run. We've had no issues to date of any football teams experiencing covid issues after playing and that won't change after this weekend when acc and big 12 kick off.

The fans and alumni watching will have nobody to blame but their current university leadership and governors. It will back fire completely.
