With a proper ownership hockey can absolutely do really well here. Problem with the Thrashers was the ASG gave absolutely zero shits about the Thrashers and was more invested in the Hawks, hosting concerts, and suing each other

Give us good owners and it will be a good hockey town. The Thrashers were in the top half of the league in attendance. The owners just sucked arse
