Free agents are going to be even more reluctant in signing with the Pirates.

So the franchise that trades away nearly every good player they ever have before they hit free agency, now is cutting a guy to save 200k? Why even own a team if you're that cheap?

I was in Pittsburgh around July 4th when the Pirates clubbed the Mets and Skenes was starting. Rowdy hit 2 Homer's one which was a grande slam. After the game he had to make a curtain call because the entire stadium was cheering Rowdy! ROWDY! ROWDY! Was a fun night.
