As a judge, he was know as Judge “Maximum” Mills Lane. Our country could use a lot more just like him.

He grew up a boxer too. I remember not long after the Tyson/Holyfield fight, he was a judge on his own TV show.

He suffered a massive stroke and was partially paralyzed and barely able to speak since the early 2000s. Probably a relief for his family as this point. Dude lived an amazing life. Marine, Boxer, Lawyer, District Attorney, Judge, Boxing Referee, TV Judge. RIP Mills.
