That MHSAA update has to be good news for any potential “vote” if it’s indeed happening at all.

This just in

Another Big 10 Study was complete bullshite

quote:

League source confirms: zero #NFL players thus far who've had #COVID19 have been diagnosed w/ myocarditis (heart muscle inflammation). All are tested for it. Including off-season, per @NFLPA + @NFL info, 171 of some 2,800 #NFL players at camps tested + for #Coronavirus.
So 0% of NFL players tested and 0% of SEC players tested have had myocarditis, yet its 35% of Big 10 players?

Also, right here :

quote:

Updated The Scoop with even more on this Myocarditis report. Every contact I've spoken with in Big Ten...and ESPN's data...all seem to dispute the report. Makes you wonder...

Also, from Dr. Ackerman, the Mayo Cardiologist that debunked the big 10a first myocarditis scam

quote:

Unfortunately, it is deja vu all over again. I last tossed down the physician's RED FLAG & cried FOUL on this #COVID19 #myocarditis issue on August 11th and now forced to do it again. There is no way that 30-35% of #Athletes with COVID19 have myocarditis.

There are no blurred lines here. It's the all clear signal for Big Ten football in the fall.

I've seen reports that like it was 4 out of 11 players tested had some form of inflammation show up on the MRI.

It's schotty science at best, and dangerous propoganda at worst.

It's research malpractice to release a few sentences about the outcome of a study and not show the data behind it. It's immoral and very wrong

Ohio State has just under 900 students that have tested positive. 0 hospitalizations. Color me shocked.

Penn State doctor got caught up in a lie.

quote:

“Dr. Sebastianelli was asked by a local school board to discuss high school preparations and precautions for holding sporting events during the pandemic and the potential impact of COVID-19 on the health of student-athletes. During his discussion with board members, he recalled initial preliminary data that had been verbally shared by a colleague on a forthcoming study, which unbeknownst to him at the time had been published at a lower rate. The research was not conducted by Dr. Sebastianelli or Penn State. Dr. Sebastianelli wishes to clarify this point, and apologize for any confusion.

Here's the important part.

quote:

“Additionally, some have inferred his comments may have been related directly to Penn State student athletes. At this time, there have been no cases of myocarditis in COVID-19 positive student-athletes at Penn State. For questions related to the myocarditis study, please contact the study investigators.”

So no myocarditis in student athletes from Penn State.

Travis is an exclamatory partisan blowhard. No doubt.

quote:

Blowhard, maybe. But "partisan" how? The guy has mentioned time and time again about working on the Gore campaign. Voting for Obama...twice. And NOT voting for Trump in 2016.

The fact that his business has exploded says more about the country than him. He has seen a HUGE increase in popularity simply by giving rational, fact supported opinions/takes, while the rest of the sports media, and media in general has lost their collective minds in irrational hatred for the president, along with the overriding desire to create discord SOLELY in hopes of greater "clicks".

Travis didn't change. The world around him did, and he is profiting handsomely because of it.

Thank you!

I was coming post this exact thing. Travis is far from a Republican or Conservative, he just has common sense and has a finger on the pulse of mainstream America, not the Media portrayal or coastal elite thoughts.

Travis absolutely changed. You don’t vote for Obama twice if you’re anti-PC. It’s not like this is new for liberals.

Finger on the pulse of mainstream America = he’ll take any stance necessary to get clicks.

It’s not entirely unthinkable to see people who voted Obama as a change candidate and also voted Trump, who was a change candidate. In fact tHe numbers show there were several million crossover votes Obama to Trump.

Are all of them as edgy as Clay Travis? Most likely the vast majority isnt.

But they were voters who have common sense and won’t believe the radicals.

The vote is allegedly coming tomorrow after the B1G submits it's proposal asking for help from the White House today.

So much for making Trump look bad, Kevin.
