It would be really crappy of schools who don’t want to play anyhow to vote no. I think I heard it was like NW Purdue and MN?

Trump doesn’t lose in either scenario:
Big 10 cancels: “Hey swing state people I tried to bring back football for you but the liberal elites that run your colleges decided not to. Biden will keep football cancelled!”
Big 10 plays: “Hey swing state people I made the liberal elites that run your colleges give you football back. I’m the best”

cardiac MRI scans revealed that roughly 30-35 percent of Big Ten athletes who tested positive for COVID-19 appeared to have myocarditis.
This sounds like bullshite
Cardiac MRIs are not common procedures. And they wouldnt be doing them just for fun

How would you only have "30-355", and not the exact number?
And "appeared to have" is suspect as hell too
And also of note, the SEC flat out said none of their covid positive athletes have had myocarditis. So how the hell could the big ten be at 35%

Travis stood up. Most of the heavy lifting (deep-diving research) was done by author Jeff Snook, and by the beat reporter for Warren Buffet's newspaper in Omaha, Sam McKewon.

Yup and if they were really so concerned about it they wouldn’t let teams practise.

I’m hoping for a Trump take ending in “Enjoy!” Those really trigger people.
Ex: Very happy to report some fantastic news... because of the hard work of Big Ten Commissioner Warren, sports radio host Clay Travis, and your favorite President (ME!), the great Big Ten football conference will be kicking off October 10th. Enjoy!

Seriously. Teams are allowed to practice and engage in cardio but can’t actually play football?
Cardio is cardio as far as myocarditis risks are concerned. Also why is no other league in the world worried about this?
Soccer, tennis, baseball, basketball, golf, nfl all have players who had COVID back playing with no concerns and no problems.
Why is big ten football the only entity where myocarditis is this huge game changer?

Because it was a cover for the vote that happened from the presidents to cancel the season hoping the other 3 major conferences would follow.

BREAKING: #PennState's director of athletic medicine, Wayne Sebastianelli, says that cardiac MRI scans revealed that roughly 30-35 percent of Big Ten athletes who tested positive for COVID-19 appeared to have myocarditis.
“appeared”
The doomsday crowd loves to ignore how this is also triggered by the common cold and flu. But they don’t do cardiac MRIs after that stuff.
You’d also think we’d hear about a good chunk of previous COVID positive folks dropping with heart issues if it’s as serious as they make it sound

Again. Seriously. Are people not still exercising and running around and playing sports and fricking and doing all sorts of things that elevate your heart rate?
We know there are millions of undiagnosed asympomatix COVID patients out there. Why aren’t people dropping like flies from myocarditis induced heart attacks?

Because the sensitivity of an MRI picks up minuscule levels of inflammation throughout the body
There is no telling how many people have inflammation at any given time around their heart that would be picked up on an mri
It’s why almost all cardiologist don’t recommend any further testing than an echo and ekg, and this doctor knows that

Penn State should be quiet, you know they are good at that.

I'm going to laugh when they vote to "postpone" once again.
I'm hearing they won't vote unless they know it will be for playing. But then again this is the Big 10 we are talking about.
