I’ll start.

The Boston Celtics have played in 37 of the 74 NBA Eastern Conference Finals. One half.

I thought Giannis series stat that came out was an interesting one.

He’s the first ever to have 200pts, 100 rebounds, and 50 assists in a single playoff series.

And they lost

In 2021, Huascar Ynoa became the first Braves pitcher to hit a grand slam since Jaime Garcia in 2017. Two days after Garcia hit his grand slam in 2017, he was traded to the Twins for a teenage pitcher in rookie ball.

That rookie ball pitcher was Huascar Ynoa.

In the modern era of pass-first offenses, the record for most passing yards in a game was set ... in 1951 (Norm Van Brockin, 9/28, 27-41-554 and 5 touchdowns)

The 1976 Steelers gave up 28 points the last 9 games of the regular season. 16 of those points came in one game.

In 2002, the Steelers outgained the Texans 422 to 47 and lost 24-6.

The one about the chargers being number one in both offense and defense and missing the playoffs always amazes me.

1983 Saints/Rams week 16. Winner makes playoffs.

Saints score 24 points, the only offensive points they gave up was one FG on the final play of the game, and they lost.

Rams win 26-24 on a safety, 2 pick-sixes, and a punt return TD.

A random one from an aussie rules game a few years ago:

In the 120 years of the league's existence (VFL/AFL), there have been 4 people named Rory and 3 are playing in this game.
