officiating always protects/saves nc - lineman down field not called on the final td pass by Maye the best example -

We all gripe about the SEC refs but the ACC refs are another level of shite. They missed the world's most obvious targeting call in the UVA/UL game the other night. Kid got cracked so hard in the skull w/a direct crown to crown hit he had to have spinal surgery today and not only did they not flag it on the initial play they didn't even review it even though the kid was down on the ground for 20+ minutes while they got a cart out to take him to the hospital.

just watched the highlights. Wow how do you not review that?. I'm not saying it would have gone Duke's way, it was close. But the fact that you don't review that is criminal.
It seems like officiating is horrible all throughout college football. We need to be able to hold refs accountable. Should be able to protest a call outside of the conference office, as they employ the refs and will likely back them no matter what.

As a Syracuse fan, I've hated the reffing since we joined this league. In every big game we play in, whether it's football or basketball, the officiating is biased against us. Especially if we are playing Duke, UNC, or Clemson.

What kills me about UNC is that they want OUT of the ACC, the conf they started, own and have every ref advantage in the world in. How the hell do they think It’s gonna be in the SEC or BIG without their refs and without their mafia running the conf? They have never won jack-shite in fb even with all those built-in advantages.
