I love them. Smart to go with the marathon theme for Patriots Day weekend, even if the race won't be run on Patriots Day this year.
I like the marathon bib look on the patch with "617" as the race number too.
Don't get me wrong, if this was a proposal for a permanent uni, I wouldn't be in favor. But for a one off, I like it.

So Nike wants to turn MLB into the NBA with a bunch of uniforms that have no tie to a team’s color palette and some loose tie to cities when the real objective is to sell more stuff. Six other teams will have their own city-type uniforms.
After the MLB All-Star grandstanding stunt, this seems fitting.
