You already know the drill. The young buck, Buehler, catches the dick slaps to the face tonight as the Sox look to move to 3-0 against the Dodgers and their douchebag shortstop.

Not sure. The Chron article I read about the new entrance said the team had no plans to make any changes to ballpark dimensions but they did briefly touch on the need for a discussion on technology that can help with plays like that.

If Morton wants 2/40 you give it to him. Fill the 4 and 5 spots with McHugh/James/Peacock/Framber with Whitley and/or Martin down the line if needed
If no Morton then outside help is probably needed in the rotation. No need to break the bank on a signing or trade though IMO

I guess ultimately Cora valued JBJ's superior defense (and not moving Mookie out of RF) over Benintendi's bat. Of course Benny is a very good OF as well, but I don't think anyone would argue from a purely defensive standpoint, JBJ is superior to Benny. If he sits JBJ, he has to put JDM in RF against a predominantly left-handed lineup vs a RHP.
I am worried about the two-out run scoring magic regressing to the norm for the Sox, though the season long normal (38%) is not a bad number. Hopefully none of that matters.

I think you keep Benintendi in the lineup no matter what. Benny in center over JBJ.
I think the only reason Mookie isn't at 2nd is because of all the lefties in the lineup against Porcello.
Sucks, but I don't see Alex Cora keeping Benny on the bench for long if the bats don't come alive early.

I absolutely hate this line up. I don't get it at all. I guess it helps my Sox in 5 prediction though.
