One of the players holding Antonio Brown back from the near-altercation with GM Mike Mayock was ... Vontaze Burfict.

Nuts that it has taken so long. Just how much distraction can a organization take?

Figured they'd just use this as a chip to make him chill the frick out.
In the end, they still need to win games to keep their jobs. So maybe they ride it until they actually see him on the field.
Will be interesting to watch unfold.

Especially a team this young.

Can’t start year 2 of 10 with 12 rookies watching this shite show doing whatever he wants and still get taken seriously as a coach.

dude gotta have some CTE, he aint right

Maybe he’s just a spoiled, entitled, out of touch with reality athlete that made his millions and just doesnt give a frick anymore? Maybe Antonio Brown is just a shite person and doesnt have CTE.

Antonio Brown cementing himself among the greatest diva receivers of all time alongside TO and Ochocinco. He has a nice rivalry going with OBJ for biggest diva in the game today.

Shame we don't have more of the great receivers as great teammates. The position always seems more diva heavy.

Gotta give credit to the great ones who carry themselves with class like Larry Fitzgerald, Julio Jones, etc

You see how hard he works? He deeply cares about football and being the best player he can be.

He’s just also EXTREMELY into himself and has zero self awareness while being a complete moron.

It’s getting in the way of his football.

Im close to this as well. It was funny a few mins ago listening to ESPN try to spin AB's wording on the tweet. Like he sat and thought each word out and it has some kind of meaning.

Dude is an illiterate entitled arse and he finally went too far. I actually cant even imagine what makes him do the things he does. Its not like he is getting some kind of "street cred" from the other players. Im sure they all wish he and his drama were somewhere else

It's becoming pretty clear AB doesn't really have any mental issues going on like I thought in the past. He's just a douche.

Nobody was calling for him to be cut because of it.
people were absolutely doing the "the Steelers won!!!!" stuff with the helmet. And people on here were absolutely negative over the foot situation

You don’t think coaches and people in the front office weren’t freaking out about him not being on the field
they absolutely made it seem like they werent on hard knocks

If Oakland cuts him, how quickly could another team add him?

Long enough to clear waivers, which is something like 24 hours, I believe.

The only teams I really see being willing to take a chance on him are ones with a strong culture, like the Patriots, willing to put him in his place if he starts fricking up.

You would have to think his next contract will have a 200 page clause about the expectations of his behavior

I just keep feeling sorry for Carr. Just give the man someone to throw to that isn’t a headcase.

Plenty of teams will be interested. I could see Pete Carroll snagging him.
