So what you are saying is Kobe > Magic?

im saying no pg will ever be better than the best sg, so michael jordan. and magic is the only pg right now that i would have over kobe, unless u consider someone like oscar robertson a pg.

the kobe magic debate could change. magic was a part of some great teams as well, and if kobe were to win it all this year, he may pass magic.

idk, maybe its bc i never liked magic, but i really like shooting guards. i think the guys u have in the league now (lebron, wade, bryant) are gonna be top 15 players when its all said and done.

Magic did it all, versatile as shite and like LeBron had a HUGE size advantage.

LeBron: Top 15 no doubt barring epic meltdown or injury.
Wade: GREAT player and probably my 2nd favorite player in the game but injuries could be a problem.
Bryant: No brainer.

I don't mean to call anyone out, that's not my intention. I don't know how many ticket holders are here on the Rant, but when I hear people start in with the CP3/Kobe thing, it just makes me wonder if people have ever actually seen Kobe Bryant play in person. Kobe is the best basketball player in the world right now. If you go see them play you realize that pretty quickly. I will give Lebron the title of most physically gifted. But right now Kobe is the best overall player. If you want to argue over Lebron/Kobe, I won't argue to hard. But to throw CP3 in there is just silly. Is he a top 10 player in the league? Obviously. But Lebron and Kobe can do things CP3 just can't. Maybe you could throw DWade in the discussion when he isn't hurt. Like I said, I don't know who all in this discussion has seen all of these guys in person, but I have and it wasn't even all that hard to pick who I thought the best was. Kobe is probably going to end up at the end of his career as arguably the second best SG of all time behind Jordan. Just my opinion.

I didn't say it was a factually correct statement. I said it was my opinion. And like I said, I didn't always have that opinion until I saw him in person.

By the way, your statement is as factually incorrect as mine is because it is all subjective anyway. Go learn some reading comprehension, Hemingway.

LOL. you can have a horrible opinion that is invalidated statistically if you'd like to. it's as close to factually incorrect as it can possibly be.

Like I said, I have seen most of the players in the NBA in person. And to me, Kobe is the best. If you have a different opinion, please elaborate, because if you poll pretty much any group of knowledgable sports fans, you get roughly a 50/50 Kobe/Lebron. So even if you think my opinion is wrong, most of the world would think it reasonable.

BTW, talking out of your arse just to get your post count up is not cool. At least present an argument.
