Mike Vrabel knows how hard h. . ., I mean IT, is for women in sports reporting. He wants to do his part to alleviate how hard he, I mean IT, can be with these valiant female reporters. He's willing to do one-on-one counseling and be available for them at anytime; 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
