The morning "feature groups" are so much better than the afternoon "feature groups" today. ESPN should be happy there was a two hour delay. Also if you would have told me this time last year that Rickie Fowler would look like a better pick to win a major in the next year than Rory I would have questioned your sanity.

For sure. My guess is the goal behind this was to get the crowd as fired up as possible tomorrow afternoon.

Also, Hovland's attire is so so bad. Almost as bad as Spieth's putting.

I tend to think the winner will be one of:
Rahm
Finau
Scheffler
Rory
Brooks

Pretty brawny course that also requires deft iron play.

Also thinking Cam Young really fits this course well, too.

You're really going out on a limb there

Rory is a bad bet. He's been a bad bed in majors for years now.

Yep.

Spent June of '19 in Jefferson and Cooperstown. Mid-upper 70's during the day and upper 40's-low 50's at night. Perfect.

Plus that area of New York(S.Central NY State) is absolutely gorgeous.

Thomas was dead the moment the announcer said "from almost formality range."

I like Hovland but he looks like a motocross racer right now.

Lots of bad attire out on the course today.

I got nothing against Bryson and it's nice to see him up on the leaderboard but man when he stands over his putts you'd think he has down syndrome with that stance and grip.

Rory's major wins in the last nine years: *crickets*

I expect Rory to finish in the top 10 in every event he plays in, he's so good. I don't have any confidence that he will win a major though. Like I say, picking him to win a major has not been a good bet for a long time.

Scheffler was +1400 to not make a bogey today.

2 putt and he does it.

I don’t like Marty in the role of post round interviewer. He sounds like a retard.

He’s not following through with my prediction that he’d have a historic calendar year after his finish at St. Andrews

He does, but at least he’s got it toned down today. When he gets energetic and animated he’s really hard to take.
