Clearly athletes are on all kinds of performance enhancing drugs, anyone who doesn’t think so is an idiot. Some are legit, some are against the rules. I don’t really care, but these guys aren’t playing at a high level into their 40’s because of their workout routine and diet, they’re taking drugs.

What are they taking and should all of us mortals be taking them as well?

A large majority are taking less shite than you can and should be taking. DHEA for example, is banned in sport, but you can go to any supplement store or Amazon and get it right now.

Just because you’re an unathletic lard doesn’t mean people that aren’t are all juicing

I knew dudes in college that juiced to look good for the ladies but that's probably not a good idea as far as long-term effects.

I came to the conclusion a long time ago that exercise is good for you, competitive sports aren't because you're forced to push your body to the extremes, including with PEDs.

Eat healthy, avoid highly processed food, get enough vitamin D year round and you'll be doing better than the vast majority of the population. If you want a supplement, GlyNAC has showed very promising results in staving off problems with aging:

Most of them probably are tho.

Luck is involved. A guy like LeBron has been lucky to avoid any major injuries. If he was on as much juice as people think, the tendons in his knees would’ve gone years ago.

Drew Brees’ arm waned on him but his elite football brain kept carrying him.

I may be wrong but i don't think todays NBA and NFL athletes are on PEDs. If they are, it's surely a less rate than the 90s and 00s. Too many mouths to keep quiet.

Olympic sports, track and field are a different story though.

Lebron and Brady defy age but they're still an outlier. LeBron and Curry will be the only post age 31 players on All NBA this year.

Where as their peers showed a normal age decline. Melo, Wade, Chris Paul out of the league. Peyton, Big Ben, Brees declined.

i dont think you appreciate how much advances in training, nutrition but especially recovery help.

most of the guys playing in their 40s really prolly arent on anything. certainly some are and its pretty easy to tell if you are into lifting just by there bodies. but also the rule changes help a ton and changes in lifestyle where they are not out partying everynight helps too.

but for regular guy, the following:

1) creatine not just for performance but tons and tons of new evidence coming out about brain health. really for adult male 5-10g to start and then after about 6 months, bump to 20g daily

2) TRT for most men done having kids and are over 40-45. ~150-200mg a week.

3) daily cialis- 5-10mg a day. Helps blood flow throughout the body, great pumps in the gym too plus always ready to go

4) boron- 15mg in the morning to help with free test. will notice return of morning wood immediately

5) nattokinase- 8000 iu daily for heart health

6) hgh peptides if igf levels arent really high. ghrh and ghrp combined and add BPC157 after 12 weeks

PEDs will always be used when there's money to be made. Not by everybody but by a good portion, probably a majority. The NFL and NBA are no different.

There's an old saying, doping can't turn a donkey into a racehorse. Just because somebody uses PEDs doesn't mean they can achieve greatness or find the fountain of youth. Genetics matters.

Lebron is a racehorse not only with his athletic ability but longevity, likely helped by PED use. He's an outlier. Almost all people that have smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day for decade after decade don't live to be 90 years old but there are some outliers that do.

There are always outliers but time eventually catches up to those too. Lately Lebron has looked like he's ready to fall of the athletic cliff soon.

Rogan and Theo keep pimping Colostrum, which is pretty weird. The high level athletes are doing some really weird stuff you don't want any part of. Just do Protein shakes, my dude.

If I learned anything from Smash Williams, go find a jacked lady at the gym and ask her if she can supply you.

I'm a fan of boron and creatine but aren't those doses too much? I weigh 215 and take 10g of creatine and 10mg of boron daily. Should I really increase it?

many new studies coming out showing 15-20g creatine is best for maximizing the effects on the brain. For performance, 10g is prolly fine.

for boron, 10-15mg is range. if you are getting good results from 10, dont change it. i havent examined free test numbers on the difference in dosing to comment 100% but i do know some get better results with 15 rather than 10mg.
