someone on your side in this very thread referred to it as "the free report' and claimed they read it. One side calls it free report and uses talking points that media says..other side uses logic and refuses to get caught up in mob mentality.

No, you see I've learned in this thread that even though the NCAA is made up if its member institutions and only has authority over its member institutions, they should punish the individuals that represented the school and not the school its self. You see, they should have enforced a bowl ban and scholarship reduction on Pete Carroll and taken away Reggie Bush's eligibility after they were in the NFL. That would have sent the more appropriate message.

Jesus, are you ever reaching. I don't believe crippling sanctions to Penn State are in order. I don't have a lick of faith in the NCAA to administer sanctions with any sort of regularity or fairness.
They're not even doing their own investigation, for cryin' out loud.

It's just that we have this cult of a place that knowingly allowed evil to happen. It needs to be shut down, but you don't want to because some college kids will have to play football somewhere else. You're unbelievable. You're really just starting to sound like a terrible person.

The ENTIRE program is being punished for the actions of a few. But to say their lives are over because of these sanctions is a bit of an over exaggeration.
