Penix overrated

Not taking anything away from Penix, but the start to this game is proving that Penix’s most of his success against Texas can be credited to Texas’ bad DBs. Their DB’s were young and the only other good passer they played this year, they lost to (Oklahoma)

Doesn’t change the fact that Penix led the country in passing this year. Thats just a fact.

I've watched him play like 7 games this year and somehow didn't notice how ugly his throwing motion is on the short ones. Deep throws look normal.

Did you see where the balls landed verse where the Texas DBs were? They weren’t wide open throw and catch…. He placed the ball perfectly.

He had a couple of really bad misses, but he also threw a few absolute pellets. I think he's going to settle in and cook in the 2nd half.

When someone says ______ lead the country in passing/rushing, it’s assumed yards is the metric being discussed. I thought that was obvious. My bad.
