I heard that AJ McCarron is also considering running. That would be a trip and so Alabama, AJ running against F-bomb for Tubby’s empty Senate seat.

Tubby is supposedly running for Governor of the State, thus the anticipated open Senate seat. He said that he waited for Pearl to drop out to consider giving politics a serious thought. He has to declare by Jan. but anticipates making up his mind in the next 3-4 weeks.

He's actually really good at his job, I get the fact this board being heavy LSU doesn't like an Alabama leaning talking head, but the man does his job well.

Jeez Louise… First Tommy Tuberville got elected to the Senate, Bruce Pearl is considering running for office and Paul Finebaum is now looking at public office…I guess the state of Alabama wants to rule the world.

Hate him as a commentator. You have to at least look like you played football in your backyard or in 4th grade to understand football. All women commentators can go with him.
