I like him, its funny how he is being talked about more now that he is on ESPN, but he has a good show.

He has made Gameday a lesser product.

His podcast was good on YouTube but a podcast doesn’t translate to TV all the time.

Exactly.

Just because you have a great podcast doesn’t mean you are gonna translate to a TV show.

McAfee was made for a YouTube podcast.

I think college game day needed a spark and I hope they let Corso ride off in the sunset gracefully. It’s beginning to be a tough watch even as “accommodating” as Kirk can be.

Ive watched his show for years as background banter and have really grown to like Pat and his entire crew. I respect his work ethic. I believe his schtick is a little annoying but it is HIS schtick and you have to admire the mini empire he has built just off of his personality and doing things his way. It has been cool to watch his show grow from where it was to now. I have always enjoyed people bullshitting and it’s the opposite of what ESPN and FS1 have always done. He also has amazing guests and access to anyone in the NFL. His crew is extremely talented as well.

Don’t hate him but don’t think I’m the target audience since I don’t watch WWE, wear wife beaters, or live in a single wide.

He's great! Glad to see him and his crew buck the norm of sports reporting.

I neither love nor hate. He has an amazing control of the English language. It is a congenital talent that I appreciate. But I rarely like his takes. He sometimes funny. People write him off too quickly. He is going to stay stupid things, we all do.

He was much needed for gameday. The show was stale and they realized "The Bear" wasn't going to get it done.

I love him forever for the missed chipshots in the 2007 Backyard Brawl.

This. He makes every segment about himself.

I can’t stand him behind the desk but actually think he’s done a great job involving the crowd more (i.e. field goal competition). He’s great in that limited role.

He’s different and likely does things for attention. That said, he’s enthusiastic and energetic, and I enjoy that. Gameday needed some sort of spark or new energy.

I’m back and forth on him. He does seem to do his research.

He also appears like he does a lot of boozing and cocaine the Friday nights before Gameday

I have no opinion. Honestly seems like a slightly cleaned up Barstool from the clips I've seen. Like if Big Cat had a baby with Dan Patrick.
