In all seriousness, you need to go back and read some of those threads during the early winning streak. Braves fans on here were just excited and people were venomously ripping into them for various reasons. All said the success wouldn't last. Hence the point of me starting this thread in response. Hence me bumping it now.

It's a sports message board. This is part of the fun. I only know 1 person that posts in these threads IRL. This is a fun outlet. Embrace it.

How did you guys take 2011? And what do you expect when the Braves are going good and new threads are started like JUpton is the GOAT in April.

I was sitting in Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium in July 1968 when Hammerin' Hank (the *true* HR King) hit home run #500.

Why didn't you bump this thread when the Braves were playing just above .500 ball before the ASB since June? Oh yeah, cause you were too busy being a bravetard

As was my point at the beginning of the season, let me know when you actually win something important; Preferably a playoff series.

There is plenty to brag about. We were supposed to be the step child in the division. If they were to poll 100 "expert analysts" before spring training, 90 of them would have chose the Nationals to win the East and 80 of them would have chosen the Nationals to get to the World Series. out of those 90 that wouldn't choose Atlanta to win the division, I would say 35-40 of them chose Atlanta to earn a wild card spot. braves lead the series with the cards 3-0, pirates 4-3, won the series with the dodgers 5-2, and won against the reds 4-3. so that's 16-8 versus the current NL playoff teams.
