Yeah, this will improve the perception of people not caring about Pac 12 games. Tell the students and alumni they need to get to the stadium for a 9am kickoff!

frick man, they'd be better off adding a couple of Texas based schools like Houston and SMU to get earlier games than doing this shite. 9am home games are shooting yourself in the face to pop a zit.

9AM start...so that's about 7:30AM warm-ups. Getting to the stadium 30 minutes before that. Waking up 2 hours before that...breakfast sometime in-between.

Yup...sounds like a great plan.

As long as it doesn't eliminate the 8-9pm. PT games, I'm all for it

Pac 12 football is bordering on women’s basketball levels of irrelevancy.

If I’m not hammered drunk and it’s not 2:30am, I rather watch SEC softball than Pac 12 football.

Why don't they just start at 5pm local time? Would be 7pm CT and 8pm ET.

they clearly don't understand that the only thing propping up Pac-12 viewership is SAD. need to keep the 9 PM CDT kickoffs

Then they would go head to head with the SEC & Big 10 games

The issue is that most CFB fans are already 3 hours into games when the PAC has its first game starting. Add in that there are usually "big" games on in the 3:30 ET slot and you can see where they have problems
