Outside of the CFP, what are some bowl matchups that you’d like to see?

Title says it all, I was browsing through the rankings and thinking about all the discussion here lately, and there’d be a few matchups I’d like to see in the post season
Georgia vs Oklahoma
Cincinnati vs Texas A&M
Auburn vs Minnesota
Penn State vs Bama
Florida vs Wisconsin
Oregon vs Baylor
Just some random matchups I’d like to see. Was curious as to what y’all thought or who you guys would want to see play each other

Word out of Austin is Herman doesn’t want A&M. Who knows.

I think we're getting a Bama/Michigan bowl game. Assuming Bamas players don't sit, that would be a fun one.

Speaking of Bama, what’s the last bowl they’ve been in that wasn’t a CFP game or one of the big game sites like the sugar bowl?
I looked it up, they went to the capital one bowl back in 2010.
