Outside of QB, who has the better roster: Saints or 49ers?

49ers obviously have the better D. Saints have an all time offense. Assuming the Saints don't come out and start running two TE sets with Graham and Davis, Gore is the only 49er that would crack the Saints starting offense.

Fun Fact: The 49ers and Cowboys have met in the NFC Championship Game more times (6) than the Saints have playoff wins period (5).

so what does that have to do with the year 2012? You wanna know what history means? Nothing, who was the sb winning champs in 94? the 49ers, who cares.

TE: Even
RBs: Saints
OL: Even
WRs: Saints

DL: Even
LB: 49ers
DB: Even

ST: 49ers

49ers LBs makes that defense go, though.

Not a chance, unless the Saints D line gets their act together this season.

So the 2009 Saints SB win is meaningless? Interesting.

We will see. I know that I have more information on the Saints DL than the 49ers, though.

Still, that LBs of the 49ers carry that D. Patrick Willis is a fricking beast.

The core of that team is still intact, none of the 49ers or Cowboys from the last time they met in an NFC championship game are in the league any more

Even outside of that. You're saying it means nothing for the franchise?

I think we would easily run two TE sets with Davis and Graham. And you could add Goodwin to that list of 49ers who would start for the Saints

49ers won't win more than 11 games this year. This question is asinine to be honest. Saints roster is FAR better ESPECIALLY on offense
